- 9 Italian sausage links.
- 2 large potatoes.
- 1 onion (any color).
- 2 large tomatoes.
- 2 boxes low sodium beef or vegetable stock.

- Minced garlic or garlic salt.
- ground cumin.
- ground pepper (red white and black).
- Fresh or dried chives.
- parsley, basil and oregano mix.
- (optional) seasoning salt.
- (highly suggested) pack of good gravy mix.

- Brown meats in a large stove top dutch oven. Once meats are cooked, drain excess juices and add vegetable stock and spices..
