1. 1 packages chicken italian sausage.
2. 1 can cut spinach,rinsed and drained.
3. 1 packages your choice of pasta.
4. 1 jar of traditional pasta sauce.
5. 3 tbsp butter.
6. 1 tbsp garlic salt.
7. 3 cup mixed shredded cheese.

1. start pasta in a large pot and let cook.
2. in a separate pan on medium heat, start the sausage (make sure its crumbled to look like ground meat).
3. once sausage is cooked add spinach butter and garlic salt..
4. drain noodles.
5. mix sauce in with the meat mixture.
6. stir sauce mixture into pasta and once completely mixed in add cheese and mix in..
