- 3 oz Tomato Paste.
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil.

- 2 Cans Pinto Beans.
- 1 Can Kidney Beans.

- 4 tbsp Chili Powder [divided].
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper.

- 1/4 tsp Crushed Bay Leaves.
- 1 tbsp Hot Smoked Paprika.
- 1 tbsp Worshestershire Sauce.
- 1.5 tbsp Ground Cumin.
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic Powder.
- 1 tbsp Granulated Onion Powder.
- 1/8 Cup Tabasco [more or less to taste].

- 2 Cans Beef Broth.
- 1 Cup Quality Stout Or Lager Beer.
