- 1 medium onion chopped.
- 2 celery stalks chopped.
- 1 Cup dried cranberries (craisins).
- 1 pound pork sausage.
- 1/4 Cup butter melted.
- 2 Cups turkey or chicken broth.
- If you like nuts, add 1 Cup chopped pecans OR walnuts.
