  1. 8 pork Sausages browned all around not cooked through.
  2. 2 Shallots diced.
  3. 2 Cloves Garlic minced.

  5. 150 ml White Wine.
  6. 200 g Cherry Tomatoes.
  7. 1 Tin Haricot beans.
  8. 1 litre Chicken stock.
  9. 6 fresh Basil leaves.
  10. 2 tbls Olive oil.
  11. Seasalt and freshly ground black pepper.

  1. Cut the sausages into 2cm chunks. Heat a large sautรจ pan or a heavy based pan with a lid. Add the sausage and fry for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionary.
