  1. 3 spring onions finely chopped.
  2. 2 cloves garlic diced.
  3. 1 carrot grated.
  4. 2 handfuls bean sprouts diced.
  5. 350 grams good quality sausage meat or Veggie sausage alternative.
  6. 2 tbsp oyster sauce of Vegan Soy Sauce.
  7. 1 heaped tsp or black pepper.
  8. 1 packet pre rolled puff pastry.
  9. 1 egg whisked or vegan milk.

  1. Turn your oven on to 200 degrees. Then chop the veggies, place the sausage meat in a bowl..
  2. Throw in the chopped veggies, oyster sauce and black pepper, mix with your hand..
