Ingredients for My Smoked Sausage Garlic Chicken & a Veg Rice:

  1. 150 g Chicken diced 1/2 inch size.
  2. 150 g Smoked sausage sliced coin shaped.
  3. 1 tbls Butter.
  4. 3 cloves garlic crushed.
  5. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
  6. rice.
  7. 1 Cup longrain rice.
  8. 1 tbls mixed Peppers diced.
  9. A few green beans diced.
  10. Just a few sweet Peas.
  11. 1/2 tsp Curry Powder to colour the rice yellow.

  1. Melt the butter with the garlic on top or mixed in.
  2. Start to boil the rice with the green beans and mixed peppers & peas.
  3. Add the chicken to the butter and fry mixing it in and covered in butter fry until the chicken is cooke d.
  4. Add the sausage and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the Pepper and mix in.
  6. Mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Inbetween the rice is cooked and ready to mix.
  8. Add the rice to the chicken and sausage stir to mix.
  9. Fry for 2 minutes and serve. You can have this Hot or Cold with a side salad.
  10. Sprikle some black pepper on top.add some fresh parsley to the top. (Optional).
