Ingredients for Sausage Roll:
- 1 Puff Pastery (sheet).
- 1 medium size Onion.
- 500 g Sausage Meat.
- 1 tsp each for White Pepper, Dried Oregano, Sage, Rosemary.
- 1/2 cup Panko.
Step by step how to cook Sausage Roll:
- Mix all ingredients by hand.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet in half and place the meat on the middle of pastry, then cut in 8 for each roll..
- 20 mins/gas mark 8 at the top shell.
