- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef.
- 1/2 lb ground venison or sausage.
- 2 cup bread crumbs.
- 2 tbsp minced garlic.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 1 egg.
- 2 1/2 tsp McCormick misquette streak seasoning.
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke.
- 2 tbsp your favorite steak sauce. I use McCormick smokey montreal.
- salt and pepper.
- 5 piece thick sliced baccon. use more as needed to cover top.
- 4 baking apples.
- 1 cup brown sugar.
- 6 piece cold butter. cut slices about 1/4 inch thick.
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
