  2. 1 Chinese sausage (sliced).
  3. Garlic.
  4. Ginger.
  5. Light soya sauce.
  6. Osyter sauce.
  7. White Pepper powder.
  8. Sesame oil.
  9. Food wrap.

Step by step how to cook Steam Chicken with Chinese Sausage:

  1. Wash the chicken with salt and rise it off, add the pepper powder,soya sauce, osyer sauce and sesame oil (mix it together with the chicken- put a side).
  2. Pour hot water to the Chinese sausage, lay it for 5min, Peel of the skin and slice it in to pieces.
