- 3 boneless chicken tight (chopped into pieces).
- 1 Chinese sausage (sliced).
- Garlic.
- Ginger.
- Light soya sauce.
- Osyter sauce.
- White Pepper powder.
- Sesame oil.
- Food wrap.
Step by step how to cook Steam Chicken with Chinese Sausage:
- Wash the chicken with salt and rise it off, add the pepper powder,soya sauce, osyer sauce and sesame oil (mix it together with the chicken- put a side).
- Pour hot water to the Chinese sausage, lay it for 5min, Peel of the skin and slice it in to pieces.
- Lay the chicken on the steam plate, lay the Chinese sausage on top, put the garlic and ginger around, food wrap it and steam it for 25min (Ready to serve).
