- 8 Smith & Ellis premier sausag.
- 2 Medium Onions.
- 1 Red pepper.
- 3 Carrots.
- 1 Sausage casserole mix.
- 400 ml water.
Step by step how to cook Smith’s Sausage Suprise:
- Brown the sausages and diced onions (chop the sausages into small pieces or leave them whole depending on your preference..
- While sausages are cooking, finely dice the red pepper and peel and chop the carrots and add them to a casserole dish..
- Mix the sausage casserole mix with 400ml of water..
- Add everything to the casserole dish, put the lid on and cook at 180 degrees for one hour..
