Ingredients for My Sausage Meat & Melted Brie on Brioche Bun. 😘:
- Enough Sausage meat to make 2 thin sausage patè,s.
- 2 Brioche buns.
- 4 slices ring cut onions.
- Enough Brie cheese to cover the sausage patà .
- 2 Big tomatoes Sliced and slice and Cut one in half.
- 1 tsp Black cracked pepper.
- 1 little light mayonaise.
- 2 small handfuls Spinach.
Step by step how to cook My Sausage Meat & Melted Brie on Brioche Bun. 😘:
- Take enough of the sausage meat to make 2 round thin flat patè,s. Mix with a little egg white just to stick it together when you roll it out leave in the fridge for half an hour it sticks better when cold..
- Add them to a non stick frying pan as they are to be cooked on medium dry fried. Next slice the onion and add that to dry fry too with the sausage patè,s.
- Add the pepper on top of the sausage patè leave to fry for 3 minutes then turn over and add more pepper to that side. Keep turning the onion rings around..
- Add the slices of Brie cheese on top of the patè until the other side is cooked 3 minutes each side. Then add under the grill for 2 minutes..
- Add under the grill..
- Slice the Tomatoes and add the mayo to the top bun. Add the Spinach to the bottom bun. Then add the patè,s and onions on top..
- Next add the Tomatoe s.
- Next add the top and serve hot..
