  1. 14 oz bulk pork sausage.
  2. 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
  3. 2 cup milk.
  4. 1/2 onion.
  5. 1 dash worcestershire sauce.
  6. 2 dash hot sauce.
  7. 1/2 tsp salt.
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp butter.

Step by step how to cook Sausage Gravy:

  1. Brown sausage in the pan.
  2. Add minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer on low until onion is translucent..
  3. Add flour and butter to the browned sausage and mix together until flour is cooked.
  4. Slowly mix in milk.
  5. Simmer on low until gravy thickens.
  6. Adjust seasonings to taste.
