- 4 Chipolata Sausages(or any kind).
- 400 gram can Mixed Beans.
- 420 gram can Chopped Tomatoes.
- 1 tsp Dried Basil.
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano.
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil.
- 1 tbsp Sugar.
Step by step how to cook Herby Bean and Sausage Stew:
- Heat a large non/ stick frying pan, add the oil and fry the sausages for about 3-5 minutes Over a high heat until brown all over. Drain the beans, then add to the pan with the chopped Tomatoes, herbs and sugar..
- Season well and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes, (depending on the type of sausages!), until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has thickened, coating everything. Serve and enjoy!.
