- 10 thick sausages cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Beef or pork or chic.
- 3 tbls olive oil.
- 1 large Onion Chopped.
- 2 Tins crushed Tomatoes.
- 2 Beef Stock cubes in 1 cup hot water.
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes.
- 1 green or red chilli chopped.
- 3 tbls hot Chilli Sauce.
- 4 garlic cloves crushed.
- 1/2 inch Ginger grated.
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
- 2 Sweet Peppers chopped.
- 2 Tbls Tomato puree.
- 1/2 tsp Paprika.
- 1/2 tsp red salt.
- 1 cup kidney beans.
- 2 tsp lime juice.
Step by step how to cook My Hot Chilli Spicy Sausage & Lime 😀:
- Fry or grill the sausage so they are coloured brown all over not fully cooked. Leave to cool then cut them.
- Sausage cut.
- In a frying pan add the oil and onions fry for one minute then add the garlic and ginger fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the chilli flakes,black pepper,and red salt,pepper then add the canned Tomatoes bring to the boil and stir well..
