- 2 handfuls fusili pasta.
- 12 Italian sausage left long or cut up.
- 3 tbls olive oil.
- 1 medium onion.
- 4 Cloves garlic.
- 1 tbls Basil.
- 1/2 cup dry red wine.
- 2 Bay leaves.
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes.
- 200 g Spinach.
- A few florets broccoli.
- 1 tbls Tomato puree.
- 1 good pinch of black pepper.
- 1 larg can of Tomatoes.
- 1 cup Veg Stock.
Step by step how to cook Italian Sausage Pasta 😀:
- Part boil the pasta.
- In a large frying pan add the olive oil.
- Fry the sausage whole to colour them browned. remove them and set aside to cut them up, cut them into half inch pieces..
- In the same pan add the onions fry for a minute add the garlic and fry mix in make a well in the middle and add the wine let it bubble for a time..
- Add the veg and stir add all the herbs and mix well cook for 5 minutes.
