Ingredients for Simple no fuss Sausage and Onion Gravy 😗:
- 4 large fat Pork or beef sausage.
- 1 Large Onion slices.
- 3 large Tomatoes Sliced.
- to taste Salt & Pepper.
- 3/4 Pint/ litre boiling water.
- 4 Beef Stock cubes.
- 1 good slash of Balsamic Vinegar.
- 3 heaped tsp Corn Flour/ Starch.

- Either Fry Sausage in olive oil or grill them just so they are browned all over.
- When browned set aside if fried drain on kitchen pape.
- Fry the sliced onions in a large deep frypan, when opaque in colour stain off excess oil, and add the boiling water and stir.
