- 1/2 kg pork cut into cubes.
- 1/4 kg chicken or pork liver cut into cubes (or 1 small can of liver spread).
- 4 hotdogs sliced diagonally (or 1 can of sliced vienna sausages) optional.
- 500 grams tomato sauce.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 4 potatoes cut into cubes.
- 2 carrots cut into cubes.
- 4 clove garlic, chopped.
- 1 small can green peas.
- 2 medium onion, chopped.
- 3 tbsp raisins.
- 1 cooking oil.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1 sugar to taste.
