Ingredients for Creamy Pasta with Pork, Mushrooms & Chives:

  1. 500 grams Italian pork sausages.
  2. 1 Oil for cooking.
  3. 1 small onion, finely diced.
  4. 2 clove garlic, minced.
  5. 250 grams Button mushrooms, sliced.
  6. 1 tbsp Plain flour.
  7. 1 cup Chicken stock.
  8. 300 ml Pure cream.
  9. 2 tsp Whole grain mustard.
  10. 500 grams Cooked spiral pasta.
  11. 1 Salt & pepper to taste.

Step by step how to cook Creamy Pasta with Pork, Mushrooms & Chives:

  1. Remove skin from snags and roll meat into small balls..
  2. Add oil to pan and on med heat, fry until cooked through and golden brown all over..
  3. Remove and set aside..
  4. Add onion and fry until softening. Add garlic and cook for a further minute before adding mushrooms and mustard. Cook for a further 4 minutes or until mushys are soft..
  5. Add flour and fry for about a minute before adding stock, cream, sausage meat and 1/2 the chives..
  6. Heat mixture through before adding pasta. Serve with a sprinkle of chives, salt and pepper..
