- 4 ripe Hass avocados.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions / spring onions - green part.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 jalepenos, deseeded and finely chopped.
- 1 tomato, deseeded and chopped.
- 1 tbsp sour cream.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar.
- 2 tsp ground cumin.
- 2 tsp chilli powder.
- 1/4 cup (65 g) salsa.
- 1/4 cup (30 g) Monteray Jack cheese, grated / shredded.
- 1/4 cup (35 g) finely chopped chorizo / kielbasa sausage.
- 2 tbsp tequila.
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro / coriander.
- 1 tsp salt.
