- 1-1 pound pack Italian sausage(hot or sweet, your choice).
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 1 green pepper, chopped.
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves.
- 1 tablespoon oregano.
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- 10 cloves garlic, minced.
- 2 cans chicken broth (14.5 ounce).
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce, undrained).
- 1 can white beans (15 ounce).
- 1-16 ounce package frozen spinach.
