  1. 4 pita bread pockets.
  2. 1 kosher salt.
  3. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil.
  4. 1 gilbert's chipotle mozzarella and lime pork sausage link.
  5. 1 cup of cholula hot sauce.
  6. 1/4 cup chipotle mayo.
  7. 1/4 cup ground cumin.
  8. 2 cup fresh pico de gallo.
  9. 2 cup red onion.
  10. 2 cup shredded or sliced pepper jack cheese.
  11. 2 cup of sour cream.
  12. 1 lime.
  13. 1 fresh cilantro.

  1. Take a cookie tray, and scatter kosher salt on the tray..
  2. Take each pita bread, and with a brush, spread the olive oil on both sides of the bread, leaving a nice layer without any puddles. Do this for each pizza..
  3. Take the Cholula hot sauce and shake a liberal amount of it in a separate bowl. Squirt two small dabs of chipotle mayo for consistency. Add a couple teaspoons of ground cumin. Stir until color is a sun-orange color..
  4. With a brush, take the sauce you just created and spread it on each of the 4 pita breads, creating a nice layer, without any puddles..
