- 5/6 Chicken Sausage, cut into bite size rings.
- 4/5 Cauliflower flowrets, cut into bite size pcs.
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, cut into bite size pcs.
- 1 big onion, take the petals only.
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped.
- 50 gms White oil.
- 1 tbsp pepper powder.
- 1 tsp fresh Oregano.
- to taste salt and sugar.
- 4/5 tbsp Chilli Oregano Sauce.
- A few spring onions.
