  2. 1 lb smoked sausage (cut into 1/4” slices).
  3. 6 Oz cream cheese (softened).
  4. 8 Oz cream of celery soup.
  5. 2/3 envelope onion soup mix.
  6. 2 cups white cheddar cheese (shredded).
  7. 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
  8. 2 cups water.
  9. 1 1/2 cup milk.
  10. 1/4 cup heavy cream.
  11. 1 medium jalapeño (sliced, optional).

  1. Place potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker with 2 cups water..
