- 1 LG 12" Andouille Sausage [cut on the bias].
- ● For The Vegetables & Spices [vegetables large chopped].
- 2 LG Green Bell Peppers [deseeded].
- 1/2 LG Yellow Bell Pepper o deseeded].
- 1/2 LG Orange Bell Pepper [deseeded].
- 1/2 LG Red Bell Pepper [deseeded].
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Garlic Cloves.
- 1 LG White Vidalia Onion.
- 10 Baby Potatoes [rinsed & halved].
- 1 LG Yellow Zucchini.
- 1/2 Cup Celery.
- 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes [in oil].
- 2 LG Green Onions.
- 1 LG Jalapenos [deseeded].
- 1 tsp Cajun Powder Seasoning.
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika.
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic Powder.
- 1 tbsp Granulated Onion Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary.
