- 2 lb of italian sausage (any).
- 1 large jar of Alfredo sauce.
- 2 large onions (white).
- 2 bunch of spinach.
- 6 clove of garlic.
- 1 bell pepper (optional).
- 1/2 cup of Romano parmesan.
- 1/4 extra italian seasonings.
- 1 large piping bag.
- 2 cup of mozzarella.

- 2 box of manicotti.
- 4 tbsp olive oil.
