- 4 medium bell pepper.
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced.
- 1 tsp fig of rosemary.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 2 medium mashed potatoes.
- 1 tbsp grated pecorino cheese.

- 160 grams mortadella, finely choppped.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 4 sausages, casings removed and meat crumbled.

- Cut the upper part of the peppers, remove the cores, ribs and seeds carefully. Set aside..
