- 12 thick pork or beef sausage chopped into 1/2 inch size.
- 1 onion chopped.
- 2 carrots chopped.
- 1 sweet pepper chopped.

- 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes.
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper.

- 1 can beans.
- 1 Can Tomatoes.
- 2 chicken stock cubes mixed in a cup of boiling water.
- 4 Cauliflower florets.
- 1/2 cup Peas.
- 2 tbls Balsamic Vinegar.
