  1. 12 thick pork or beef sausage chopped into 1/2 inch size.
  2. 1 onion chopped.
  3. 2 carrots chopped.
  4. 1 sweet pepper chopped.
  5. 1 tsp mixed herbs.
  6. 3 Cloves Garlic crushed.
  7. 1/2 tsp Paprika.
  8. 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes.
  9. 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper.

  12. 1 Can Tomatoes.
  13. 2 chicken stock cubes mixed in a cup of boiling water.
  14. 4 Cauliflower florets.
  15. 1/2 cup Peas.
