1. 2 can biscuit dough.
2. 1 lb med sausage.
3. 2 cup fine shedded cheddar cheese.

I have been making my own Sausage Rolls for years, and I noticed that the original recipe had excluded onions. I always add finely chopped onions to the sausagemeat along with breadcrums. 1. On counter top spread some all purpose flower.
2. Nead the biscuit dough and spread into a even layer on counter.
3. Using a plastic spoon or spatula, spread the sausage evenly on top of the dough.
4. Cover the sausage evenly with the cheese.
5. From one side carefully and tightly roll it all up.
6. Place roll in fridge to harden and make easier to cut.
7. Use knife dipped in flower to cut roll in 1" sections.
8. Place sections in greased baking pan.
9. Bake according to biscuit directions or till golden brown.
