Fried Rice - It turned out very good but i think i could have cooked it a little longer.. Today I am sharing this Fried Rice! A quick and easy dinner that is ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients for Fried Rice:
- 1 cup cooked rice.
- 1 eggs.
- Chopped Garlic.
- Sausage/ crabs stick (optional- your preferred ingredients).
- Coriander Leaf (optional).
- 1 tbsp soya sauce.
- Pepper.
Step by step how to cook Fried Rice:
- Add oli to the pan, Fried the eggs and other ingredients separately (bring it out and put a side).
- Add oil and put in chopped garlic stir fry (1min) add in the cooked rice and all the cooked eggs/ ingredients (mix it well - 5min).
- Add in soya sauce and pepper (mix well- 5min), you may add in more soya sauces or pepper if needed. before serve add in coriander leaf (optional) mix well (2min) ready to serve.
