- Rice----------------.
- 2-1/2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil.
- 1/2 cup rice.
- 1-1/2 cup water.
- 1/2 tablespoons green papaya powder.
- 1/2 tablespoons Garam masala.
- 15 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes.
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro.
- 3 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder.
- 1 large onion sliced.
- Sausage------------------.
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage.
- Lemon Brine--------------------.

- Heat the oil and add the rice on high heat..
