Ingredients for Sausage Rice Stuffed Capsicum:
- 4 Capsicum Medium sized.
- 1 Cup rice Cooked.
- 1 Onion.
- 1 Cup Chicken Sausage Chopped.
- Parsley.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Olive Oil.
Step by step how to cook Sausage Rice Stuffed Capsicum:
- Wash & scoop the side of the capsicum. Choose well shaped ones that will stand in a dish if not trim the bottom of the capsicum to make it stand..
- Saute the onions n sausages & add the cooked rice, chopped parsley, salt n pepper as per your tatse.
- Brush the outside and inside of the capsicum with olive oil before stuffing to give it a glaze look This will also prevent the outer skin from burning.
- Stuff the prepared capsicum with the rice stuffing and place it on your baking tray.
- Grill/Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 10 to 15 Mins (depending on your ovens).
- When the outer skin shrivels it is cooked take it out and serve hot.
