  2. 3 cup Cooked Rice.
  3. 1 small Red Onion.
  4. 1/2 medium green bell pepper.
  5. 3/4 cup cooked carrots.
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil.
  7. 1 clove garlic - chopped fine.
  8. 3 tbsp soy sauce.
  9. 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper.
