- 2 Slices Black Pudding.
- 2 Medium Eggskĺ.
- 2 Plum Tomatoes out of a Tin and some juice.
- 2 Poached Eggs.
- 2 tbls Mushrooms Sliced.

- When they have grilled for 5 minutes turn the gammon and sausage, black pudding too over cook a further 5 minutes then turn the heat low..
