  3. 2 cloves red bell pepper.

  10. Green bell pepper.

Step by step how to cook Coconut Fried Rice and TLC salad:

  1. Steam chicken with spices of your choice: ginger, garlic, curry and thyme..
  2. Wash and parboil 2 cups of rice.
