Ingredients for Basic Cauli Rice / Cauliflower Couscous:

  1. Basic Cauli Rice with Meat.
  2. 1 large cauliflower head, washed and minced.
  3. 1 red onion, chopped.
  4. 1/4 of a garlic head, chopped.
  5. 1/4 of an inch slice of butter.
  6. Pcs meat (ex bacon, sausage, mince).
  7. 2-3 Tbsp Meat drippings.
