  2. 1 cup All purpose flour.
  3. To taste Salt.
  4. As needed Water.
  5. For filling.
  6. 1 cup grated cabbage.
  7. 1/2 cup thinly chopped onion.
  8. 1 tsp salt.
  9. 1 inch grated ginger.
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  11. For marination.
  12. 3 tbsp besan/gram flour.
  13. 1 tsp salt.
  14. 1 tsp chat masala.
  15. 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch.
  16. 1/2 tsp black salt.
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  18. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  19. 1 tsp kasturi methi.
  20. 1 tsp lemon juice.
  21. 1 pinch red food colour.
  22. 3 tbsp curd.
  23. 3 tbsp mustard oil.
  24. 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
  25. For smoky flavour.
  26. 1 Charcoal.
  27. 1/2 tsp ghee.

  6. During this time,for smoky flavour,take a small bowl and place it in centre of the marinated momos and now put a heated charcoal in a bowl and pour ghee on it and quickly cover with the lid.Smoky flavour will get absorb in the momos.And let it rest for half an hour..
  7.
