- 250 g chestnut Mushrooms.
- 4 Thick Beef Sausages fried to colour not cook through.
- 1 tbls olive oil.
- 1/2 medium onion.
- 1 Garlic clove crushed.
- 1 tbls Fresh Basil.
- 1 dried Chicken Stock cube.
- 2 cup boiling water mix chicken cube.
- 1 green Sweet pepper.
- 1 red sweet pepper.
- 1/4 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Cracked black peppercorns.
- 3 cups Pasta twists.
- 125 g Mozzarella Cheese Cheese.
- 1 tbls Balsamic vinegar.
- 1 tin crushed Tomatoes.
- 1 tin Red Pepper Soup.
- Some Fresh Parsley for Garnish.
Step by step how to cook My Sausage, Mushrooms & Pepper Pasta Bake 😘:
- Colour the sausages then set aside cut them into chunky bites..
- Add the olive oil to the croc pot and heat up. Add the onions fry for 1 minute then add the mushrooms mix in and add the garlic stir and next add the cut up sausage simmer for 5 minutes then add the chicken stock, pepper soup and Tomatoes bring to the boil then simmer..
- Tomatoes, chicken stock and pasta.
- Add the sweet peppers and the Pasta add salt and pepper basil.mix in. Then add the Basil mix in. Bring back to the boil..
- Add the lid and add the croc pot to a preheated oven 160°C for 30 minutes..
- Take out, add the mozzarella cheese mix in and Serve hot..
