Ingredients for My Sausage, Mushrooms & Pepper Pasta Bake 😘:

  1. 250 g chestnut Mushrooms.
  2. 4 Thick Beef Sausages fried to colour not cook through.
  3. 1 tbls olive oil.
  4. 1/2 medium onion.
  5. 1 Garlic clove crushed.
  6. 1 tbls Fresh Basil.
  7. 1 dried Chicken Stock cube.
  8. 2 cup boiling water mix chicken cube.
  9. 1 green Sweet pepper.
  10. 1 red sweet pepper.
  11. 1/4 tsp Salt.
  12. 1 tsp Cracked black peppercorns.
  13. 3 cups Pasta twists.
  14. 125 g Mozzarella Cheese Cheese.
  15. 1 tbls Balsamic vinegar.
  16. 1 tin crushed Tomatoes.
  17. 1 tin Red Pepper Soup.
  18. Some Fresh Parsley for Garnish.

Step by step how to cook My Sausage, Mushrooms & Pepper Pasta Bake 😘:

  1. Colour the sausages then set aside cut them into chunky bites..
  2. Add the olive oil to the croc pot and heat up. Add the onions fry for 1 minute then add the mushrooms mix in and add the garlic stir and next add the cut up sausage simmer for 5 minutes then add the chicken stock, pepper soup and Tomatoes bring to the boil then simmer..
  3. Tomatoes, chicken stock and pasta.
  4. Add the sweet peppers and the Pasta add salt and pepper basil.mix in. Then add the Basil mix in. Bring back to the boil..
  5. Add the lid and add the croc pot to a preheated oven 160°C for 30 minutes..
  6. Take out, add the mozzarella cheese mix in and Serve hot..
