Ingredients for Japanese Curry Udon:
- 4 Japanese Curry Cubes.
- Udon noodles or Rice (your preferred).
- Sausages (sliced).
- 1 potatoes (chopped in cubes).
- Baby carrots (chopped in cubes).
- 300 gm Pork belly Shabu Shabu.
- 2 tpbs Oil.
- 400 ml-500ml water.
Step by step how to cook Japanese Curry Udon:
- Heat oil to pot, put in potatoes and carrots stir fry for 5min, add in sausages and pork belly (stir fry all together for 5min) add in water to boil.
- Once boiled, add in the curry cubes and boil until the curry cubes is deslove, boil for 10min- 15min (put aside).
- In a seprate pot, boil the water, add in 1 tbps oil and add in the udon noodles,to cook for 5-8min, rinse off the water, put the udon aside..
- Place the amount of udon noodles in a bowl and add on the curry over the noodles, ready to served..
