  1. 1 Smoked sausage cut up into circles.
  2. 1 Chorizo Sausage cut into circles.
  3. 3 small sweet peppers.
  4. 1/4 onion chopped.
  5. 8 sweet Vine Tomatoes cut in half.
  6. to taste Salt n pepper.
  7. 500 g Carton of passata sieved Tomatoes.
  8. 1 can Crushed Tomatoes.
  9. 1 beef stock cube.
  10. 1 tsp italian herbs.
  11. 3 Garlic Cloves crushed.
  12. 1/4 cup red wine.
  13. 2 tbls Balsamic vinegar.
  14. 6 cups pasta.
  15. 150 g Italian Ricotta soft cheese.
  16. 1 sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

  1. Fry onions and then Garlic in 2 tbls olive oil for 1 minute. Then add the chorizo and cook for 5 minutes..
  2. Then add the peppers, smoked sausage and mix in and stir add the tomatoes and pasatta and can of crushed tomatoes mix in.
  3. Add the beef stock cube near the end stir.
  4. Then sprinkle the beef cube in and stir followed by the Balsamic vinegar also salt and pepper..
