- 2 Rashers unsmoked bacon.
- 1 onion.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1/2 tsp chili powder or smoked paprika.

- 1 tbsp tomato puree.
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce.
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar.

- 1/2 head Cabbage, any type.
