- 2 people serving of vermicelli (approx 200g).
- Bell Peppers--red, yellow, green--what you can get your hands on.
- 12 prawns.
- 60 g Meat (minced pork, beef, even sausages) approx.
- 2 cloves minced garlic.
- Sauces & Spices.
- Curry powder (at least 2 tbsp).
- Tumeric (around 1 to 2 tsp).
- Soy Sauce (approx 1 to 2 tsp).
- Pinch Salt.
- Water (approx based on how long it takes to cook).
Step by step how to cook Super Easy Flavorful Vermicelli 🤗🤘:
- Boil the vermicelli in a hot bowl of water until they are soft. Drain. I like to cut the vermicelli to smaller length pieces. Set aside.
- With oil, quickly pan fry the prawns till it is cooked. Set aside.
