- 3 Or 4 red skin potatoes.
- 60 grams Chorizo sausage.
- 2 large eggs.
- 2 Sausages of choice.
- 1/2 Bell pepper.
- 1/2 Red onion.
- 1 Handful garden peas.
- 1 Sprig fresh rosemary.
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper.
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper.
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley.
