Ingredients for Cajun Prawns:
- 150 g prawns peeled and prepped.
- 150 g smoked pork sausage many brands are gluten free.
- 1 chicken breast.
- 1 onion Diced.
- 1 pepper Diced.
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning.
- 1 garlic clove minced.
- 1 tsp oregano.
Step by step how to cook Cajun Prawns:
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat Sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano.
- Season to taste Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready.
- Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice.
