  1. 150 g prawns peeled and prepped.
  2. 150 g smoked pork sausage many brands are gluten free.
  3. 1 chicken breast.
  4. 1 onion Diced.
  5. 1 pepper Diced.
  6. 1 tsp cajun seasoning.
  7. 1 garlic clove minced.
  8. 1 tsp oregano.

Step by step how to cook Cajun Prawns:

  1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat Sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano.
  3. Season to taste Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready.
  4. Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice.
