Ingredients for Soft & thin crust pizza:
- For crust base:.
- 1 cup and abit more ofplain flour.(see pic also).
- Half cup Butter unmetled(or abt 60 grams).
- Half cup warm milk.
- 3-4 tablspoons Semolina flour.
- Quater cup whole meal flour.
- 1 pack dried yeast.
- 1 level teaspoont salt.
- 3 tablespoons brown suger.
- For the sauce:half a chopped tomato can.
- 2 sticks celery(sringy side peeled off).
- Herbs:zaatar/arabic styl tym.you can use tym.oregano family.
- Spices: 3 teaspoon (Un smoked)paprika powder.
- 1 tsp salt.curry powder 1 tspn or tumeric powder half tea spoon.
- Garlic(little to taste).
- 3-4 tablespoon cooking oil.
- For the toppings: 2 types used here;.
- 2 handful sliced or choped.High vitamin d Mushroom.(see pics).
- 2-3 handful pine apple pieces (from can).
- 2-3 handful sweetcorn.
- 1 hanful choped pepers.
- 6 medium halal chicken sausages.
- 2 packets(15 to 20 slices of good cheese).
Step by step how to cook Soft & thin crust pizza:
- Prep set up your ingreds :for dough;for sauce;for toppings.
- Start with dough.so put yeast in the warmed up milk togethrr with suger in your mixing bowl..leav aside few mons to rise /develope at room temp or warmer area..avoid using any cold ingredients at this point..
- To the yeast mix,add the flours *plain and semolina and whole meal).the butter.the salt.then mix well...(pls note here i added bit more plain flour as it was slghtly too sticky)Cover and set aside to rise.

- Mean while you wait for flour do the sace.in your medium small pan add tomatoes choped.add all other ings for sauce.such as celery choped in small pieces,the cooking oil and the spices.the salt too.let simmer on medium- low heat while breakin down tomato into softer.this step takes about 15 mins.
- Check dough for risen..mostly not done yet.so start preping your toppins.
- Here (sorry see above pic)you have your sauce and sausages sizzling on the stove.(please note that the celery are still chunky but need to be soft for sauce to be ready).then once sausage have browened Crusty surface.let cool and then slice thin slices.also prep the mushrooms by slicing and dryin in a pan.
- Here for the dough:after risen divide into 2 parts.in your baking tray.roll out as thin as can if not enof rolling space or cant get better stretch it out try not tearing it.
- Then now lay in the flour dusted cooking tray and poke holes with fork all around thrn bake vy itsekf in oven preheated so that its half cooked and slighty risen check a snip at edge and see if srarting getting the bread consistancy and tasre and aroma!.
- Mean while you r half baking the base yiu can slice your chees.
- Now its time to smear yor cooled sauce and this is best achieved pour abiut half of sauce on centre of dough nd spred outwardly.trying to reach as far out.(.it doesnt hav to cover whole dough and some places may seem empty at this stage this is ok).
- Sometimes you may need to poke bit more holes (i used clean hands)here at half baking the dough becoz the dough became thick znd isnt half cooked properly so allowing surface area with holes!.
- Arrange your toping like so...so one pizza you can add mushroom and peppers or sweet corn.the other you can add pine apple...here its being creative with your ingredients and texture a combi as long as prepd them before actually adding.
- Back in oven higher heat for the cheese to bubble melt and golen brown edges and spots out of oven slice and serve !!..bismillah enjoy.
