- 1 Green onion, diced only the green stalk.
- 1 lemons and 1 kaffir lime juice.
- 1/2 lemon yellow zest.
- 1 tsp soft brown sugar.

- 2 cups Heinz Ketchup.
- 1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard.
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar.
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 tbs onion powder.
- 1 tbs chili powder.
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
- 2 tsp granulated garlic.
- 1/2 tsp celery salt.
- 1 tbs natural hickory liquid smoke.
