- 1/4 tsp dried Ginger.
- 1/2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns.
- 1/2 tsp dried Paprika.
- 1 chicken stock cube.
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper powder.
- 1 tsp Mixed Peppercorns crushed.
- 1/2 cup boiling water to mix the stock cube in.
- 1 jar Sundried Tomato in olive oil (use 2 tbsp of tomatoes about 4/5 pieces tomato).
- 1/2 one colour sweet pepper, and another half of a different colour.
- 1 tsp Sour Cream.

- Heat up oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
- Add the onions and fry for a minute.
- Add the ginger and stir in.
- Add the chicken and mix in fry until chicken is near cooked.
- Add the chorizo.
- Add all the peppers and paprika and stir well.
- Add the chicken stock and stir bring to the boil.
- Add the sundried tomatoes and stir in.
- Add the sweet peppers.
- And add the sour cream and mix and serve hot.
- Serve with a potato salad with yogurt or on a bed of noodles.
