  1. Sunflower seeds oil.
  2. Cucumbers.
  3. Pineapple.
  4. Enokitake (a kind of mushroom buy at Asian store).
  5. Jicama.
  6. Sweet potatoes.
  7. Corns.
  8. Chinese little steamed buns.
  9. Sausages.
  10. Fish balls.
  11. Beef.
  12. Chicken wings.
  13. Squids.
  14. Salt, black pepper powder, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice.

Step by step how to cook Asian style barbecue:

  1. Chop fruits & vegetables like the picture.
  2. Mix sliced beef with mashed ginger & garlic, salt, black pepper powder & oyster sauce in 15 minutes Roll beef & enokitake by toothpicks.
  3. Mix chicken wings with ginger, salt, oyster sauce, paprika powder in 30 minutes (in refrigerator).
  4. Mix squids with mashed garlic, salt & oyster sauce in 15 minutes.
  5. Make the sauce to eat with barbecue: 1. Serve with ketchup or chili sauce 2. Mix salt, black pepper powder & lime juice (add fresh chili if you can eat spicy).
