- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped.

- 1-28 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
- 2 zucchinis, quartered and slices.
- 2 yellow squash, quartered and sliced.
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced.
- 2 medium fresh vine tomatoes, chopped.
- 1 bag fresh spinach, roughly chopped.
- 2 tbs fresh basil, sliced.
- 1 -lb fresh tortellini.
