Ingredients for Vegetarian Pea & Sausage Soup:

  1. 1 packages Celery.
  2. 1 packages Vegetarian Sausages.
  3. 3 can Garden Peas.
  4. 3 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs.
  5. 6 large Vegetable Stock Cubes.
  6. 2 dash Vegetable Oil.
  7. 2 clove Garlic.

Step by step how to cook Vegetarian Pea & Sausage Soup:

  1. Wash and then slice the celery.
  2. Slice The Sauasages.
  3. Heat the sausages and oil in a pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the celery. Heat for a further 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl add the 2 litres water to the stock cubes..
  6. Leave to stand for 2 minutes then stir untill dissolved.
  7. Open and drain the peas. Wash in a colander.
  8. Add the stock and peas to the pan.
  9. Peel and crush the garlic.
  10. Add dried mixed herbs and crushed garlic.
  11. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  12. Serve and enjoy with a nice big peice of crusty bread and butter :-).
